摘要
放射性脑损伤是多种脑部恶性复发性疾病放射治疗后最常见的后遗症之一,严重影响患者的生存时间和生活质量,损伤程度随治疗进程而加重,短期内会出现短暂可逆的神经损伤,长期治疗会产生不可逆转的损伤,一旦发生则预后差。目前临床已普遍重视,但由于发病机理等因素无法完全明了,没有公认的有效治疗方案。结合最近五年以来国内外对放射性脑损伤的研究,从病理机制、诊断方法、实验研究及替代治疗等方面展开论述。
Radiation brain injury is a variety of brain malignant recurrent disease after radiotherapy, one of the most common sequel- ae. It can seriously affect the patients' survival time and quality. The brain injury increases progressively with the course of treat- ment. Short-term reversible nerve injury, Long-term treatment will produce irreversible damage, in the event of poor prognosis. At present, clinical attention has been generally, but due to pathogenesis and other factors cannot be fully understood, there is no rec- ognized effective treatment. In this paper, combined with the last five years since the domestic and international research on radiation brain iniurv, from the pathological mechanism, diagnostic methods, experimental studies and alternative treatment.
