小组工作解决军休干部社会工作伦理困境的研究——以Y军休机构军休干部社会工作服务为例

A Study on the Dilemma of Social Work Ethics in the Work of Solving Military Cadres——Take the Social Work Service of Y Military Institutions and Military Cadres as an Example

近年来,随着社会工作的介入,军休干部服务愈发向专业化发展。但是由于我国社会工作介入军休服务的时间较短、经验尚浅,缺乏一套完备且具有可操作性的社会工作伦理守则,加之军休干部本身的特殊性,导致服务过程中产生了不少伦理问题,使社会工作者陷入伦理困境。笔者希望通过小组工作的服务方式,开展有针对性的小组活动,逐步去缓和服务中军休干部自身及军休干部与军休机构之间的价值冲突,解决伦理困境。

In recent years,military cadres work more and more professional development.But because of our social work involved in military service time is shorter,lack of a comprehensive and ethical code of social work,the particularity of the cadres themselves,leading to the service process has produced a lot of ethical issues,so that social workers into an ethical dilemma.I hope that through the group work service,through targeted group activities,and gradually to ease the value of the service cadres in the military conflict,and the conflict between the cadres and cadres and the military,solve ethical dilemma.
