机械工程专业型硕士研究生培养新模式探究

Research on the New Mode of Cultivating the Professional Master of Mechanical Engineering

近年来我国机械工程专业型硕士研究生培养仍然是以学术学位教育为主体,偏重理论而缺乏实践经验,学生分析和解决实际工程问题能力相对偏低,企业认可度不高。本文针对目前这种现状提出改革方案,改进学分及课程设置丰富学生的知识结构,制定详细的企业硕导选拔与考核标准确保企业导师的质量,完善研究生管理方式,等等。希望通过这一系列的改革措施,能有效地解决当前机械专业型硕士研究生培养所面临的问题,提高他们的工程应用能力。

In recent years,the professional postgraduate cultivating of mechanical engineering in our country is still based on academic degree education,emphasizing on theory and lacking ofpractical experience,which make the students analyze and solve practical engineering problems limit, and the employer approval not high.In this paper,it presents a reform plan for the present situation,including improving credits and course settings to enrich the student＇s knowledge structure,ensuring the quality of the enterprise mentor, and improving the management style of graduate students.We hope that through these series of reform measures,it can effectively solve the cultivating problems of the professional postgraduate in mechanical engineering,improving the professional postgraduate students＇ application ability.
