摘要
初步探索将专业词汇和英文文献引入《果蔬贮运学》的教学过程,并分析该教学方法改革的优势和不足,为进一步进行双语教学改革提供理论依据和实践基础,对食品科学与工程专业人才培养起到积极的推动作用。
Probing to the advantages and shortcomings of teaching process of professional vocabulary and English literature in the "Transportation and Storage of Fruits and Vegetables" will contribute to provide theoretical and practical foundation for further bilingual teaching in the course.Meanwhile,it will activity promote the quality of food science and technology professional personnel training.
