摘要
本文研究了《果蔬贮运学》课程教学中的主要问题,对该课程教学改进进行了探索,提出了合理选择教材、优化教学过程、拓展教学手段、优化实验设置、加强校企互动等课程改进手段。
In this paper,main shortages and questions lied in the course teaching of ＂Fruits and Vegetables Storage and Transportation＂ were discussed,teaching improvements were researched,and some suggestions were taken,which include choosing proper teaching materials,optimizing teaching process,expanding teaching methods,optimizing experimental setting,and strengthening the relationship with related corporations,so as to improve the teaching quality of this course.
