摘要 针对目前基于模型定义(Model-Based Definition,MBD)环境下三维机加工艺设计过程中出现的信息不一致问题,在MBD加工元的概念基础上,提出基于MBD加工元的三维机加工艺设计方法和设计过程。研究基于MBD加工元的生成方法,并在此基础上研究基于MBD加工元的工艺方法决策。基于工序模型的关联复制技术和布尔运算,建立基于MBD加工元的工艺模型。开发基于MBD加工元的机加工艺设计系统,并以飞机盒类零件为例验证所提方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of information inconsistencies in 3D machining process planning, a 3D process design method of machining was proposed based on Model-Based Definition (MBD). The 3D machining process planning frame based on MBD processing element were established after concept of MBD processing element was given. Processing element generating method and process decision was researched. Boolean operators and replication technology are used process model to found the process model by MBD processing element. A machining process design system was developed based MBD processing element. The effectiveness and correctness of proposed method was verified by the example of an process design for boxes parts.
