中小学教师网络研修中发帖行为研究——基于“中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程”中的数据分析 被引量:8

摘要 网络研修是教师专业发展的重要途径。发帖是一种重要的网络研修行为。文章采用内容分析法和问卷调查法,从参与度、社交、交互、认知、自我效能感等五个维度,对"中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程"中教师网络发帖行为进行研究。通过对4613个帖子的分析及相关调查发现,教师发帖行为存在参与度低、社交性行为偏多、交互水平低、处于浅层学习、自我效能感低等问题。为提高网络发帖行为绩效,教师应端正培训动机,坊主应提高研修服务质量,平台应建立课程迭代建设机制,学者应深入开展基于大数据的网络研修行为研究。 Network training is significant for teachers’ professional development. Posting is one of important online learning behaviors. By using content analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper analyses the posting behavior of teachers attending "Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Information Technology Application Ability Promotion Project" from engagement, social-interaction, interaction,cognition and self-efficacy. Through the analysis and relevant investigation of 4613 postings, it is found that there are some problems in teachers’ posting behaviors such as low participation, more social behavior,low level of interaction, shallow learning and low self-efficacy. In order to improve the posting performance, teachers should improve their training motivations, workshop masters should improve their service quality, the platform should set up curriculum iterative construction mechanism, and scholars should carry out big data-based network research.
