摘要
3例乳房外Paget病患者,均为男性,年龄范围69~84岁,病程1~2年不等,发病部位均为阴囊部。组织病理检查显示:表皮及毛囊上皮可见单个或成巢的Paget细胞,细胞大,胞浆丰富淡染。符合乳房外Paget病的诊断。
The three cases of extramammary Paget＇s disease patients were all male with age ranging from 69 to 84 years old. The duration of the disease range was from 1 to 2 years. These three eases were all oceurred at scrotum. Histopathologieal examination showed single or nest-like epidermal Paget cells which were large and malignant glandular with abundant and clear cytoplasm. These findings were consistent with the diagnosis of extramammary Paget＇s disease.
