摘要
总结不规则经向管状织物的设计过程和生产要点。介绍了织物采用的经纬纱指标,设计并计算了织物经纬密、管子宽度和管间距等;借助织物CAD设计了纹样,计算了每循环经纬纱根数;总结了整经、浆纱、织造等各工序中的主要工艺和采取的技术措施。通过采取一系列技术措施,最终保证了织机效率达91%,下机一等品率88%,入库一等品率95%。认为:生产的织物外观风格新颖独特,具有断续的经向起伏管状装饰效应,适宜做夏季女士裙装和上衣时装面料等。
Design process and production point of irregular warp direction tubular fabric were summarized. Warp&weft indexes of fabric were introduced, Warp&weft density, tube width and tube interval were designed and calculated. The pattern was designed by fabric CAD and the number of warp&weft in per weave repetition were calculated. Main technology and measures in each process like warping, sizing, weaving and so on were sum- marized. Loom efficiency can be reached 91%, first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 88 and first class-product rate can be reached 95 % by adopting a series of technology measures. It is considered that the fabric has unique style and intermittent warp direction tubular decorative effect,suitable for summery skirt, jacket fashion fabric and so on.
