摘要
探讨三醋酯纤维/莫代尔/涤纶40/30/30 14.8tex赛络集聚纱的工艺配置和生产技术措施。根据三醋酯纤维的特性确定好三种原料混纺比;通过对比试验优选梳棉工艺参数;采用赛络集聚纺纱技术,合理选择纺纱专件;严格控制车间温湿度,加强设备维护和运转操作管理。最终成功纺制出三醋酯纤维莫代尔涤纶混纺纱。认为:通过一系列的工艺改进可有效提高三醋酯纤维混纺纱的质量。
Processing configuration and production technology measures for triacetate fiber/Modal/polyester 40/30/30 14.8 rex siro condensed yarn were discussed. The blending ratio for three types of raw material was set hased on the properties of triacetate fiber. The carding processing parameters were optimized through comparison test. Siro condensed spinning technology was adopted. Specific spinning parts were reasonably selected. The tem- perature & humidity of workshop was severely controlled. The equipment maintenance and operation management were strengthened; Eventually,triacetate fiber Modal polyester blended yarn was successfully spun. It is consid- ered that the quality of triacetate fiber blended yarn can be efficiently improved through a series of processing im- provement.
