摘要 探讨纺织空调多风机并联送风的优化方法。针对纺织厂多风机并联送风设计和运行中存在的问题,依据轴流风机性能特点和并联特性规律,分析了影响纺织厂多风机并联送风效果的因素。指出:在并联送风系统设计时,公用回路阻力不得超过多风机并联送风中最小风机风压的30%,并联风机的台数不宜超过3台,风机频率宜控制在35Hz^50Hz范围。认为:通过优化设计多风机并联送风,重视车间空调系统的运行管理,可保证系统高效稳定运行。 The optimization method for multi draught fan parallel air supply of textile air condition was dis- cussed. Aimed at the existing problems in the design and running of parallel air supply with multi draught fan for textile mills, the elements affecting the parallel air supply with multi draught fan in textile mills were analyzed ac- cording to the properties of axial flow fan and the characteristics rule in parallel. It is pointed out that the public loop resistance should not be larger than 30~ of the minim air pressure of draught fan when air is supplied with multi draught fan in parallel when the parallel air supply system is designed. The set count for parallel air supply equipment is not suitable to be more than three. The frequency of draught fan should be controlled within the range of 35 Hz ~ 50 Hz. It is considered that high efficiency and stable running can be ensured by the optimized design of parallel air supply with multi draught fan and paying more attention on the running management of air condition system in workshop.
