摘要
采用传统工艺加工高速偏心滑动轴承瓦块时,存在着效率低、加工精度难以保证等问题,针对这些问题。本文介绍了一种采用偏心轴辅具辅助加工有偏心要求的滑动轴承瓦块的加工方法。通过偏心轴辅具的定位和辅助作用可以采用普通卧式车床代替镗床加工这类偏心要求轴瓦,加工精度能够较好保证,具有一定的推广价值。
There are problems in the traditional technology of processing high speed eccentric sliding bearing pads, such as low efficiency,unsteady processing precision, etc. This paper introduces a way for processing the eccentric sliding bearing pads with assistance of eccentric shaft. During the processing, the function of eccentric shaft is to position and assist, the ordinary horizontal lathe takes the place of boring machine to process the eccentric pads and the processing precision is guaranteed. The method is worth spreading and using widely.
