摘要
传统缆索吊装方法已广泛应用于预制混凝土拱桥施工。该工艺只能在主索竖直平面内进行单向吊装作业,不能完成宽幅桥梁的水平吊装与拼接。云南澜沧江托巴大桥首次采用双向缆索吊装系统,高效地解决了4肋拱圈水平与竖直方向的吊装问题,并取得了较好的吊装质量。现场通过试吊方法检测双向缆索吊装系统的工作性能,结果表明该系统运行效果良好,符合设计施工要求,具有一定的工程价值。
Traditional cable hoisting method has been widely used in precast concrete arch bridge. The process can be lifting objects in a vertical plane, and it can not complete horizontal and splicing. Using the two-way cable hoisting system for the first time in the Manitoba Bridge. By making experiment to detect the two-way cable hoisting system. The result show that the lifting system is running well, it meets the requirements of design and construction, and it has great value in engineering.
