摘要 通过对高空主塔横梁支架进行分析研究,针对超高主塔大曲率圆弧异形混凝土横梁施工支架提出以三角桁架为主要承载结构,以拱形支架和立柱支架为传力结构的设计新思路,结合支架的结构特点提出以桁片为安装与拆除基本单元的施工技术。工程实施效果表明,构思精妙、安全、经济、合理。 Through the analysis to the main tower high beam support, the main tower big curvature for ultra-high falsework arc shaped concrete beams with triangle truss as the main load-bearing structure is put forward, with arch and pillar support force of the structure of the design ideas. According to the structure characteristics of girder, the truss plate is considered as the basic unit of the installation and removal construction technology. Engineering effect shows that the design is elegant, safe, economic and reasonable.
