摘要
应国家公路建设环保节能的要求,推进交通建材的循环利用技术,自主研发了环保型中温沥青改性剂。对中温改性沥青的作用机理和其混合料的强度形成机理进行了分析,提出中温改性沥青的技术指标,并对中温改性沥青混凝土的路用性能进行了研究。通过制备变温击实法的马歇尔试件,确定了最佳油石比。针对中温改性沥青混凝土的高低温性能、水稳定性能、渗水性能及耐久性进行了试验验证,均满足热拌沥青混凝土路面的技术要求。
It is the requirement of the national highway construction with protecting environmental and promoting the recycling technology of transportation building materials. The environmental protection type of medium temperature asphalt modifier is developed independently. The temperature modified asphalt mechanism and the strength formation mechanism of the mixture are analysed, and the technical indexes of the medium temperature modified asphalt are put forward, and the pavement performance of the medium temperature modified asphalt concrete is studied. Through the preparation of Marshall test by different temperature compaction, the optimal asphalt aggregate ratio is detemined. In view of the high and low temperature performance, moisture susceptible, water permeability and durability of the medium temperature modified asphalt concrete, it has been tested and verified, which can meet the technical requirements of hot mixed asphalt concrete pavement.
