摘要
针对硅烷浸渍过程中易挥发、渗透不足的问题,提出了采用透水模板布作为渗透介质对海工混凝土进行硅烷浸渍。研究了滴加量、养护龄期、滴加硅烷后的养护时间以及不同高程4个因素对硅烷浸渍保护性能效果影响。结果表明:随着滴加量的增大,吸水率明显降低,浸渍深度和氯化物吸收量降低效果增大,硅烷浸渍保护性能效果增强;涂覆龄期较短时吸水率较大和氯化物吸收量降低效果较差,较长时浸渍深度较小;滴加后带模养护时间较短时吸水率大、浸渍深度和氯化物吸收量降低效果较小,随着带模养护时间的延长保护性能效果改善;不同高程对硅烷浸渍保护性能效果影响不显著;在硅烷滴加量为500m L/m^2、涂覆时养护龄期为7~14d、滴加后带模养护时间≥7d时硅烷浸渍保护性能效果较好。
The CPF was used as a media to solve the problem of volatilization and impermeability in silane impregnation process. This paper puts forward study on the effect of amount, curing age, curing time after impregnation and different elevations on the impregnating protection performance. The results show that: with the increase of the amount , the protection performance was enhanced with the decrease of water absorption and increasing of immersion depth and the reducing of chloride uptake. Higher water absorption and lower reducing of chloride uptake was induced with a short curing time, while low immersion depth was resulted in with a long curing time . With the extension of the curing time, the protection performance was improved. The effect of different elevations on the protection performance was not significant. With 500mL/m^2 amount, 7 - 14d curing age, more than 7d curing time with form show a good protection performance of silane impregnation.
