摘要
以乌鲁木齐轨道交通1号线中营工站—小西沟站区间地铁隧道工程为研究对象,研究了城市复杂环境下区间隧道掘进爆破设计和振动监测。根据爆破振动监测结果,分析了隧道上方地表振动传播规律以及人行天桥桥墩振动及其频谱特性,据此调整爆破设计方案、优化爆破设计参数、改进施工工艺,有效降低了隧道掘进爆破对上方4跨连续箱梁人行天桥扩大基础及两侧建筑物的振动影响,确保地铁隧道爆破在城市复杂环境下施工安全。
Taking Urumqi rail transit line 1 Zhongyinggong station to Xiaoxigou station subway tunnel project as the research object, the authors study the urban tunnel excavation blasting under complicated environment design and vibration monitoring. Tunnels are analyzed based on the monitoring results of blasting vibration, the surface vibration propagation law and pedestrian overpass bridge pier and its frequency spectrum characteristics, the authors adjust the blasting design, optimize blasting design parameters, improve construction technology, which effectively reduce the tunneling blasting for four spans above the foundation of the continuous box girder footbridge to expand and buildings on both sides of the vibration effect, to ensure the subway tunnel blasting construction safety under complicated environment in the city.
