摘要 以石首长江公路大桥超大体积承台为研究对象,为预防承台混凝土水化热及环境温度变化引起的开裂现象发生,对该桥承台超大体积混凝土的抗裂性能进行了优化,并根据有限元模拟结果对大体积承台施工采取了温控措施,优化后的混凝土抗裂性能可以有效控制由水化热引起的裂缝超标现象发生,其研究结果具有一定的理论意义及工程实践价值。 Taking the super-large volume bearing platform of Shishou Yangtze River Highway Bridge as the research object,in order to prevent cracking phenomenon caused by the changes of concrete hydration heat and environmental temperature,the anti-cracking performance of the ultra-large volume concrete of the bridge bearing platform was optimized,and according to the finite element simulation results,the temperature control measures were adopted for the construction of large volume bearing platform,the crack resistance of the optimized concrete could effectively control the occurrence of excessive cracks caused by hydration heat,the research results had certain theoretical significance and engineering practice value.
