摘要 平潭海峡公铁两用大桥(B0~B58)工程受海洋环境影响,风大浪高、台风频繁,施工结构长期服役在恶劣的海洋环境中,结构容易产生损伤,对施工安全及管理都带来极大的挑战。为此,结合施工平台结构特点,部署视频监控、数据采集传感器,利用通讯网络,建立施工结构监控预警系统。该系统首先利用MATLAB信号处理工具箱,开发适用于风速、波浪、潮汐、倾角、振动加速度、洋流流速、流向等信号处理的程序,然后借助GUI功能将上述多个模块化程序进行集成,辅以便于分析的操作界面,从而可以使用多种处理方法分析信号,实现预警功能。通过本工程中监控预警系统的开发及应用,可为类似工程中监控系统的应用提供借鉴。 Pingtan Strait Road-rail Bridge( B0-B58) project is influenced by the marine environment,which has strong wind,high wave and frequent typhoon,the construction structure has served for a long time in severe marine environment,it is easy to create the damage,and management of construction safety is a great challenge. In this paper,according to the structure characteristics of construction platform,we will deploy the video monitoring,the data collection sensor,use the communication network,and establish the monitoring-warning system of the construction structure. The early warning system uses the MATLAB signal processing toolbox to develop the signal processing procedure on wind speed,wave,tide,dip angle,vibration acceleration,current velocity,and flow direction. Then,with the aid of GUI function,the above-mentioned modularized programs are integrated,supplemented by the operation interface which is convenient for analysis,thenwe can use a variety of signal processing methods,to achieve the function of early warning. The development and application of the monitoring-warning system in this project is an important reference and a good example for popularizing and using the monitoring system in similar projects.
