铁路T梁连续设声屏障地段整体移动模架施工现浇桥面板关键技术研究

摘要 (2012)2209型预制后张法简支T梁(设声屏障),是我国高速铁路采用的新型梁型,整片T梁(边梁)需要分预制和现浇两阶段才可以完成。本文以海南西环铁路海口至老城镇之间5座特大桥为背景,根据现场实际施工条件及工期要求,针对第二阶段现浇桥面板施工,提出采取整体移动模架法进行施工,有效解决了与架梁、横向连接等桥面施工之间的干扰,确保了施工质量及工期,为同类工程的施工提供了有益的参考。 The( 2012) 2209 post-tensioning simply-supported T-beam( setting noise barrier) is a new type of beam applied in national railway construction. The whole T-beam( edge beam) must go through two stages: precast and cast-in-place stages. On the basis of 5 grand bridges between Haikou Station in Hainan west line railway and old town,in accordance with site conditions and schedule requirements,and regarding the cast-in-place bridge panel construction,the paper put forward overall movable framework method for construction,which effectively solves problems in roadway construction,such as in bridging and transverse connection,ensures construction quality and schedule,and could also be of referential value for similar projects.
