摘要
以阿尔及利亚甘塔斯隧道膨胀性泥灰岩挤压破碎带为背景,为了克服高地应力泥灰岩隧道初期支护变形大、易失稳的施工难题,提高隧道施工机械化程度,加快施工进度,甘塔斯隧道采取了玻璃纤维锚杆加固掌子面,多层拱架支护的施工方式,挖掘机配液压破碎锤全断面开挖,有效避免开挖后掌子面失稳造成的坍塌等灾害发生,提高了隧道施工机械化程度,有效提高施工工效。
Based on the expanding marl compresso-crushed zone of Gantas Tunnel in Algeria,and in the purpose of overcoming the construction problems of large deformation and instability of high geostress marl tunnel primary support,therefore to enhance the level of mechanization of tunnel construction and accelerate the construction progress. Gantas Tunnel has adopted construction methods like glass fiber anchor reinforcement constraints,multiple arch support and full face excavation by using excavator and hydraulic breaking hammer,in order to avoid the occurrence of collapse due to instability of the constraints after excavation,thus improving the level of mechanization of tunnel construction and increasing the construction efficiency.
