摘要 天津地铁6号线育梁道站为富水软土地层,地连墙施工过程中,通过加强泥浆控制、刷壁、超声波检测和锁口管安装及拔出工艺进行接缝质量控制;基坑开挖前,对地连墙接缝缺陷进行高压旋喷桩注浆处理及预埋袖阀管;开挖过程中遵循"降水、探挖、架撑、开挖、监测五位一体"的施工方法,有效地控制了基坑渗漏水,实现了安全、优质、高效的施工目标。 The Yuliangdao Station of Tianjin Subway Line 6 lies in water-rich soft soil strata. In the construction process of diaphragm wall,the quality control of the joints was done by strengthening the mud control,brushing the wall,the ultrasonic testing,installation of the lock pipe and the extraction technology. Before the excavation of the foundation pit,the cracks of the diaphragm wall should be dealt with by the high-pressure jet grouting pile and pre-buried sleeve valve pipe. In the excavation process,the five-in-one construction method of "precipitation,digging,frame bracing,excavation and monitoring"should be adopted,which could effectively control the water leakage of foundation pit and achieve construction goals of safety,high quality and efficiency.
