布袋注浆桩在邻近既有线软基处理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Bag-grouting Pile in Soft Foundation Treatment Adjacent to Existing Line

在软土地基处理中,布袋注浆桩是一种简单有效的方法,它工艺简单,设备简单,只需钻机引孔,应用在邻近既有线的软基处理中,可避免高压旋喷桩带来的线路下沉或上鼓等影响既有线的问题。针对新建连盐铁路邻近既有线地基处理中布袋注浆桩的应用,本文阐明了布袋注浆桩的工艺原理,确定试验配合比、现场工艺性试验,并经过现场施工实践,总结出了适用于东部沿海淤泥质土冲积平原地质的布袋注浆桩施工方法,可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴。

Bag-grouting pile is a simple and effective method in soft soil foundation treatment,it is simple in process and equipment,and only need to drill hole,so it is applied to the soft foundation treatment adjacent to the existing line,which can avoid the problems of line sinking or bulging arising from the high pressure jet grouting pile that affect the existing line.In the light of the application of bag-grouting pile in soft foundation treatment adjacent to existing line,this paper illustrates the process principle of bag-grouting pile,determines the test mixture ratio and field test in usability,and through the construction practice,it summarizes a construction method of bag-grouting pile which is suitable for the muddy alluvial plain geology in the east coastal area. It could provide certain reference for similar projects.
