摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水+冰乙酸=70+30+0.1(V/V)为流动相,使用C_(18)色谱柱,在254nm波长下对28%苄嘧·扑草净泡腾颗粒剂样品中的苄嘧磺隆和扑草净进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:苄嘧磺隆和扑草净的线性相关系数分别为0.998 7、0.999 7;标准偏差分别为0.034 6、0.068 9;变异系数分别为1.351 6%、0.269 1%;平均回收率分别为99.90%、99.93%。该方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于28%苄嘧·扑草净泡腾颗粒剂样品的定性和定量分析。
In this paper, bensulfuron - methyl and prometryn in effervescent granule formulation were separated and quantified by HPLC method using methanol + water + glacial acetic acid = 70 + 30 +0. 1 (v/v) as mobile phase and Cls chromatographic column under 254 nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0. 998 7 and 0. 999 7, the standard deviations of 0. 034 6 and 0. 068 9, the average recoveries of 99. 90% and 99. 93% and the variation coeffi- cients of 1. 351 6% and 0. 269 1% were obtained for bensulfuron - methyl and prometryn respec- tively. The method was simple, rapid and accurate enough for the qualitative and quantitative analy- sis of bensulfuron- methyl and prometryn 28% effervescent granule sample.
