摘要
以乙基纤维素稳定的纳米Mg(OH)2乙醇分散液为处理剂,本文集成了一种简单的脆化酸性纸张加固与脱酸工艺。乙基纤维素裹覆纳米Mg(OH)2在纸张纤维的表面形成疏水性薄膜,提高纸张的力学强度,降低纸张受环境水分的影响,提高纳米在纸张上的分散并减缓纳米与空气中的CO2反应。这些都有利于改善纸张的耐久性。乙基纤维素和纳米Mg(OH)2浓度分别为16 g/L和5 g/L的分散液处理的酸化纸张经过10天的老化后仍然保持弱碱性和良好的机械性能。
A simple technology of reinforcement and deacidification for the brittle and acidic paper was conducted by a Mg (OH)2 nanoparticles-alcohol dispersion that was stabilized by ethyl cellulose. Ethyl cellulose coated the Mg (OH)2 nanopartieles and formed a hydrophobic thin fihn on paper fibres, which en- hanced the mechanical strength of paper and reduced the effect of environmental moisture on the paper, Moreover, ethyl cellulose improved the distribution of Mg (OH)2 nanoparticles on the paper and decreased the reaction of Mg (OH)2 and the C02 from atmosphere. All these were favorable to improve the durability of paper. The paper still remained its weak alkaline and favorable mechanical properties after aging 10 days when it was treated by the dispersion with the ethyl cellulose concentration 16 g/L and the Mg(OH)2 nanopartieles concentration 5 g/L.
