论社群档案工作参与模式

本文从美国北卡罗莱纳大学南部历史档案馆"社群主导的档案馆"项目切入,论述由社群主导,档案工作者担任辅导员的社群档案工作参与模式,解读模式内涵和必要性,提出启示并总结其实践和理论价值。

This article takes the ＂Community-Driven Archives＂ program constructed by the Southern Historical Collection of University of North Carolina as the cut-in point, analyzes the participation model of community archives work transferred from the program：driven by the community, archival institution and archivists participate in and guide. This article generalizes the connotation and necessity of the model, and puts forward the enlightenment and summarizes its practical and research value.
