摘要
互联网行业的高速发展,给人们生产生活带来便利的同时也造成了信息环境和商业环境的恶化,虚假信息、隐私泄露、假冒商品等现象严重侵害网民利益,互联网企业的社会责任成为全社会共同关注的议题。本文通过对互联网企业社会责任相关理论的探讨,从企业类型、利益相关者、社会效益三个不同的维度分析了互联网企业应该承担的社会责任,建立互联网企业社会责任的三维模型,指出了不同类型的互联网企业需要针对不同的对象承担何种社会责任。
While the rapid development of the Internet industry has brought convenience to people's life, it also leads to the deterioration of the information and business environment. False information, privacy leakage and counterfeit goods seriously violate the interests of netizen, which brings the Internet corporate social responsibility into the common concern of the whole society. This paper has discusses the related theories on internet corporate social responsibility, and constructed three dimensional model on Internet corporate social responsibility combining of corporate type, stakeholders and social benefits, aiming to clarify what kind of social responsibility each type of the internet corporate should take for different targets.
