原发性高血压的中西医结合治疗

Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for primary hypertension

目的分析原发性高血压采用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法选取2015年1月到2017年1月我院收治的原发性高血压患者218例,将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各109例患者,实验组采用中西医结合疗法,对照组采用西医疗法,对比两组治疗前后的舒张压、收缩压、治疗有效率等指标,同时观察患者的肾功能情况。结果实验组总有效率98.2%,显著高于对照组91.7%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,治疗后,两组患者的尿素、血肌酐、血清胱抑素C的水平均有所下降,实验组下降的更为明显,且实验组的水平均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论相比与单纯的西药治疗,中西医结合治疗效果更好,有利于患者的恢复和身体健康,值得临床进行推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in patients with primary hypertension. Methods A total of 218 patients with hypertensive patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 109 patients in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy, and those in the control group were given Western medicine therapy. The two groups were compared in terms of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure before and after treatment and response rate, and renal function was observed for all patients. Results The experimental group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （98.2% vs 91.7%, P〈0.05）. Both groups had significant reductions in urea, serum creatinine, and serum cystatin C levels after treatment, and the experimental group had significantly lower levels and greater reductions than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Western medicine therapy, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has a better clinical effect and can bring more benefits to patients＂ recovery and health. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
