家庭护理对急性脑梗死患者家属照顾能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of home nursing on quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction and care ability of their family members

目的探究家庭护理对急性脑梗死患者家属照顾能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年2月~2016年9月我院82例急性脑梗死患者,依据入院时间不同分组,各41例。对照组予以常规出院指导,于此基础上,观察组予以家庭护理。统计对比两组家属护理前后照顾能力及生活质量。结果两组护理前FCTI量表各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后FCTI量表各维度评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前GQOL-74量表各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后GQOL-74量表各维度评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者及其家属予以家庭护理,可显著提高患者家属照顾能力及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of home nursing on quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction and care ability of their family members. Methods A total of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group according to time of admission, with 41 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional discharge instruction, and those in the observation group were given home nursing in addition to the treatment in the control group. The quality of life of these patients and care ability of their family members were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension of FCTI scale between the two groups before nursing （P〉0.05）; both groups had significant reductions in the scores of each dimension of FCTI scale after nursing, and the observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group （P〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension of GQOL-74 scale between the two groups before nursing （P〉0.05）; both groups had significant increases in the scores of each dimension of GQOL-74 scale after nursing, and the observation group had significantly higher scores than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Home nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve their quality of life and care ability of their family members.
