超低排放改造工程脱硝催化剂的设计和采购分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着氮氧化物排放限制的进一步严格,国内燃煤机组将开展有关超低排放的改造。在分析和总结前期SCR脱硝催化剂质量和运行特点的基础上,为规范和严格催化剂的设计和采购,结合当前脱硝催化剂的生产现状和脱硝系统运行控制现状,以及笔者对近3年脱硝催化剂的检测结果,对国内现役燃煤电厂SCR脱硝装置超低排放改造所涉及的脱硝催化剂的设计和采购,提出了具体注意事项,其中特别对加装备用层催化剂设计以及催化剂采购技术协议内容及其可能存在的问题进行了分析。 Along with the nitrogen oxide emission restrictions getting more stringent, ultra low emission retrofit will be carried out throughout all domestic coal-fired power plants. Based on the analysis and summary of the quality and operation characteristics of the in-service denitrification catalyst, in order to standardize and enforce the procedures in the catalyst design and procurement, by taking account of the current production status of denitration catalyst, the operation of denitration equipments as well as the test results of denitration catalyst in the recent 3 years, this article presents detailed issues for specific attentions in the design and procurement of the catalyst for the ultra low emission reconstruction in the SCR denitration device of current domestic coal-fired power plants. Especially, the possible problems are analyzed in the design and purchasing technical agreement for extra layer catalyst.
