我国轨道交通对城市空间结构影响的研究进展

A Review of Domestic Studies of Rail Transit Impact on the Urban Space Structure

本文基于文献研究,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面概括了轨道交通对城市空间结构产生的影响,阐明了影响的作用机制和基于城市空间结构优化的轨道交通的开发模式。其中,作用机制的探究是三个层面研究的重点,其以城市空间结构的"聚散理论"为基础,以"可达性"为关键作用力,以土地利用强度和利用方式的改变为主要作用内容,最终表现为城市空间结构的演变。轨道交通影响城市空间结构的直观表现研究与轨道交通开发模式的研究大多基于作用机制的研究而展开,且以定性研究为主。文章最后,针对国内研究现状存在的不足提出展望和建议。

Based on the literature, the effects and the action mechanism of effects of rail transit on urban spatial structure and the development model of rail transit based on urban spatial structure optimization are analyzed from macro, medium and micro views. The action mechanism is the focus of three levels research, it bases on the space congestion-diffusion theory, and changes the mode and intensity of land use by changing the accessibility, and change the urban spatial structure eventually. And the research about which the impact of rail transit on urban spatial structure and the development model of rail transit atl based on this, and theses researches mainly used qualitative methods. Finally, the paper puts forward a series of suggestions for studies in the future based on the research status.
