摘要
以某矿充填工作面收作眼撤架通道大、支护难度高等难题为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和工业试验相结合的方法,对充填采煤大断面收作眼围岩变形特征及控制技术进行研究。在充填收作眼围岩结构特征的基础上,利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件对收作眼的围岩变形破坏规律进行了模拟分析,得出在不同的充实率、采高以及撤架数条件下收作眼围岩的变形特征及围岩应力分布规律,并提出了充填大断面收作眼的围岩控制技术,同时将该技术在某矿2302充填面进行了工业性试验,结果表明:在整个撤架过程中收作眼的顶板下沉增量仅为60 mm,收作眼围岩变形得到了有效控制。
Based on the mine filling closed eyes withdraw difficulty problem as the background, the theoretical analysis, the method of combining of filling mining big section characteristics and the control technology were studied. In gap between main and support higher numerical simulation and industrial test, eyes of surrounding rock deformation filling closed eye on the basis of the structure characteristics of surrounding rock, using FLAC3D numerical simulation software for closed eye the surrounding rock deformation and failure law of simulated analysis, draw in different enrichmentrate, mining height are broken and the shelves number under the condition of closed eyes of the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and surrounding rock stress distribution law, and put forward the filling large section for surrounding rock control technology of the eye, at the same time, the technology in the mine 2302 filling surface for the industrial test, the results show that in the whole process of the shelves as roof convergence increment of the eye is only 60 mm, closed eyes of surrounding rock deformation has been effectively controlled.
