摘要
通过有限元分析软件,计算不同形式护帮的受力情况,并对重点受力区域进行了针对性优化设计。结果表明,改进设计之后的护帮,在现场使用过程中取得了良好的效果,解决了护帮易损坏的难题。
Through the finite element analysis software, the stress situation of different forms of flipper is calculated, and optimal design of key stress area is carried out. Results show that, the improved designed flipper in the process of field application has achieved good results, solved the problem of the flipper easily damaged.
