摘要
通过保持水温恒定,采用静定破碎剂的膨胀性能试验方法,分析了不同水剂比对静态破碎剂体积膨胀率及其反应温度的影响。结果表明:水温恒定时,静态破碎剂溶液反应停滞时间及达到的最高温度随着水剂比的变化而改变,即水剂比越大,反应温度达到100℃时的停滞时间越长且反应总时间是增大的,但达到最高的温度反而越小。同时在体积膨化阶段,膨胀变化时间随着水剂比的增大而缩短。
By keeping the water temperature unchanged,using the test method of expansion performance of static cracking agent,analyzes the different water and static cracking agent ratio of static cracking agent effect of volume expansion rate and reaction temperature.The results indicate that keeping the water temperature unchanged,the static cracking agent solution reaction stagnation time and the maximum temperature change with water and static cracking agent ratio changes,that is,the greater the water agent ratio of the reaction temperature reached 100 ~C of the stagnation time is longer and the total reaction time is increased,But to reach the highest temperature is smaller.At the same time in the volume expansion stage, the change of the expansion time decrease with increasing water and static cracking agent ratio.
