摘要
针对煤自燃预测预报时采用负压束管监测系统存在巷道气体容易漏入束管中,使所监测到的气体成分和浓度不能真实反映监测地点实际情况的问题,基于正压输送气体方式在束管漏气的情况下不失真的特点,提出以正压束管监测系统作为监测采空区发火情况的方式,研制并测试了正压束管监测系统。利用不同长度的束管在地面进行正压输送气体试验,采用正压输送气体保证了气体浓度不变,正压束管所测得的数据能够真实反映出煤自然发火状态。
For the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion, the negative pressure beam tube monitoring system is used to easily leak the tunnel gas into the beam tube, so that the monitored gas components and concentrations can not truly reflect the actual situation of the monitoring site, based on the characteristics of positive pressure conveying gas in the case of beam tube leakage without distortion,a monitoring system of positive pressure beam tube is proposed to monitor the ignition of goaf, the monitoring system of positive pressure beam tube was developed and tested. Positive pressure conveying gas test with different length of tube ,positive pressure conveying gas ensures constant gas concentration, the data measured by positive pressure bundle tube could actually reflect coal spontaneous combustion status.
