摘要
为了研究聚合氯化铝对煤泥压滤的作用机理,采用激光粒度分析仪和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对煤泥水粒度分布和矿物组成成分进行测试分析煤泥性质,添加不同用量的聚合氯化铝来测煤泥表面的Zeta电位,进行加压过滤形成滤饼观察其内部结构。
In order to study the mechanism of polyaluminum chloride on coal slime filtering, first, using laser particle size analyzer and X ray mineral composition of coal slurry, then Zeta potential of coal surface, observing diffraction (XRD) to analyze particle size distribution and adding different dosage of polyaluminum chloride to reduce the the strucure of filter cake formed by pressure filtration by using the stereo microscope.
