摘要
以人工氧化煤为原料,研究了3种不同类型的表面活性剂FM、CTAB和SDS对氧化煤泥浮选效果的促进作用,再用润湿热和红外光谱研究了不同表面活性剂对氧化煤泥浮选的促进机理。结果表明:这3种类型的表面活性剂都可以促进氧化煤的浮选,且效果为SDS>CTAB>FM,说明阴离子型表面活性剂对该氧化煤浮选的促进作用最好。
Taking artificial oxidized coal as raw material, the promoting effect of three different types of surfactants FM, CTAB and SDS on the coal flotation was studied, then the promoting mechanism of different surfaetants on the coal flotation was studied through wetting heat and FFIR. The results showed that all of these three types of surfactants can promote the flotation, and the effect is SDS〉CTAB〉FM, which indicated that anionic surfactants has the best promoting effect on the tlotation of oxidized coal.
