摘要
为了优选红景天多糖的最佳提取工艺.采用均匀设计法,选用U5(53)进行均匀设计实验,以多糖含量为指标,采用α-萘酚-硫酸显色与紫外可见分光光度法考察提取时间、提取温度和溶剂量对红景天多糖含量的影响.结果表明,此试验最佳的工艺条件为:当提取温度为100℃,提取时间为3 h,料液比为1∶14时,该工艺条件下红景天多糖的含量为14.44%(RSD=0.213%,n=3).该结果可为红景天多糖生产工艺的选择提供一定的理论依据.
To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Rhodiola rosea L. Taking the content of the polysaccharides measured by α-naphthol-sulfuric acid and ultraviolet-visible spectrop hotometry as index,extraction temperature,extraction time and volume of the solvent were assayed by U5( 53) uniform design to investigate the optimal extraction process. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows: adding 14 times amount water into Rhodiola rosea L.,then extracting for 3 h at 100 ℃. The average content of polysaccharides was14. 44 % in 3 validation tests( RSD = 0. 213 %,n = 3). The results of this experiment can provide evidence for further development and application of the polysaccharides extraction technology from the Rhodiola rosea L.
