近年来,随着我国金融业的发展与金融市场的壮大,艺术金融市场也在金融资本的浪潮下取得了初步发展。作为艺术金融的一种创新模式,艺术证券化为艺术资本的扩张提供了理想载体。由于缺乏有效的系统支撑机制体系,艺术证券化交易过程中监管缺失、信息不透明、缺少专业性人才等问题突出。所以,促进艺术证券化交易模式快好发展,机制优化是亟待解决的问题,其内容主要包括制度管理机制、市场支撑机制、信息披露与政府监管机制、法律保障机制、人才培养机制等方面。

In recent years,with the development of financing and financial market,financial market of art has made some initial progress under the wave of financial capitalism. As a creative mode of art financing,art securitization offers the ideal support for the development of art capital. Due to the lack of the related effective mechanism,in the process it has some problems,such as the lack of supervision and management,information opacity,lack of professional talents and so on. Therefore,for a better development of art securitization,optimizing the system is an urge problem to solve,whose major contents involve system management mechanism,market support mechanism,information disclosure and government supervision mechanism,legal guarantee mechanism,talent training mechanism,and son on.
