在构建学习型社会的进程中,高校图书馆对外开放俨然成为一种必然趋势,虽利弊并存,但总体上利远远大于弊,只要充分发挥其有利条件,扬长补短,改变原有的管理与服务模式,便可促进高校图书馆成为立足于校内教学与科研、服务于学习型社会的新型对外开放的图书馆。

In the process of building learning-oriented society,opening college libraries to the outside has become an inevitable trend with much more advantages than disadvantages. In order to make college libraries serve study-oriented society based on in-campus teaching and research,we should play its advantages into the fullest and change previous management and service mode.
