An Analysis on the Philosophical Rational Foundation of Xi Jinping's Thoughts of Governing State Affairs

习近平治国理政思想以深厚的哲学底蕴和自觉的理性精神向世人展示了中央领导集体治国理政的新观念、新思维与新论断。从哲学理性的视角看,它至少蕴含了三个理性自觉:一是追求"共融、共生、共享"的交往理性自觉;二是坚守"人本、公正、生态"的价值理性自觉;三是崇尚"实干、变革、创新"的实践理性自觉。其中,交往理性以携手共创中国梦、协作共赢新发展、开放共享新局面为意旨,价值理性以实现人民幸福、追求社会正义、建设美丽中国为考量,实践理性以脚踏实地求发展、真抓实干谋幸福、务求实效筑梦想为向度。三个理性自觉各具特色却又融为一体,各自彰显治国理政思想的异质品格,却又共同闪烁着这一思想的理性之光。

Xi Jinping＇s thought of governing state affairs shows the new concept, new thinking and new judgment of governing the state by the central collective leadership with the profound philosophical background and the conscious rational spirit. From the perspective of philosophical rationality, it implies at least such three rational consciousnesses. First, it is the communicative rational consciousness which pursues the ideas of ＂communion, symbiosis, sharing＂ .Second, it is the value rational consciousness which insists on the ideas of ＂people-oriented, justice and ecological＂. Third, it is the practical rational consciousness which advocates the ideas of ＂practice, change, innovation＂. Among them, the goal of the communicative reason is to join hands in creating a Chinese dream, win-win cooperation and new development, open and share a new situation .The consideration of the value reason is to realize people＇s happiness,pursuit social justice and construct Beautiful China. The degree of the practical reason is to down-to-earth to seek development, hard to seek happiness and seek practical results to build dream. The three rational consciousnesses has its own characteristics, but it is also an organic whole. Each of them highlights the country＇s political thought of heterogeneous character, but they shine with the light of reason together.
