上海地方高校人才培养管理体制改革探讨

The Management System Reforms of Talent Cultivation in Higher Education Institutions:Shanghai's Experiences

上海地方高校作为培养高层次应用型人才的主力军,正在积极进行人才培养管理体制从学校一级向院校二级转变的改革探索,并通过调整组织结构和完善规章制度,探索建设现代大学制度的有效途径。本文以华东政法大学、上海对外经贸大学、上海工程技术大学为例,考察其人才培养管理体制改革的经验与问题,并提出了完善管理制度的对策及建议。
