英语单词在线学习APP的可用性评估实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的从用户体验的角度出发,测量英语学习单词APP的可用性水平。方法通过背景问卷的调查,确定具体的测试对象和典型任务。选取30名在校大学生在实验室进行用户绩效测试实验,测试英语单词学习APP的可用性水平。结果百词斩的任务操作正确率明显高于沪江开心词场和知米背单词,操作路径和操作时间也更短。在正确率上,沪江比知米更高,沪江的操作时间比知米更短,沪江的操作路径长度比知米更长,但都没有显著的差异。结论百词斩的可用性水平高于沪江开心词场和知米背单词,知米背单词与沪江开心词场的可用性在不同的方面各有优劣。 Objective The purpose of this study ,from the user experience point of view,is measure the usability level of English word learning APP. Methods Through the background questionnaire survey, we determine the spe- cific test object and typical tasks. To test the usability level of English word learning App. we Setect 30 college students to finish the user performance testing experiments in thedlaboratory. Results The Bacizhan correct opera- tion rate of the task is significantly higher than the Hujiang and Zhimi, ,and operation time is also shorter. In the cor- rect rate, the Hujiang than the Zhimi is higher, the operation time of Hujiang is shorter than that of the Baieizhan, the length of the operation path of Hujiang is longer than that of the Zhimi, but there is no significant difference. Conclu- sion The usability level of Baieizhan is higher than that of Hujiang and the usability of the Zhimi and the usability of theHujiang is different in different aspects.
