反渗透系统压差高的原因分析及解决措施 被引量:4

摘要 反渗透系统在运行过程中反复出现系统压差迅速上升的问题,通过拆解膜组件对其进行研究并利用扫描电镜及能谱仪检测,原因确定为超滤水箱出口的硫酸盐还原菌等厌氧菌滋长使得保安过滤器及反渗透系统受到细菌污染,从而导致反渗透系统压差上升较快。针对该现象提出了定期对反渗透系统进行酸碱清洗并灭菌的方法,主要是对超滤水箱出口的系统(主要是管道)进行杀菌处理和对保安过滤器进行离线和在线双重杀菌处理。 The problems of repeated rapid rise of the differential pressure in reverse osmosis system operating process alway existed. The research of the problem was carried out by disassembling membrane component, and using scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy to detect. The reason for this problem was the sulfate-reducing bacteria and other anaerobic bacteria growth of the export of ultrafiltration tank. The methods of acid-base cleaning and sterilization of reverse osmosis system was put forward to this problem, which include the export of ultrafiltration tank system (mainly pipes) sterilization and oftline and on-line double sterilization of security filter.
