摘要
采用不同截留分子量的卷式纳滤膜对罗非鱼鳞胶原肽螯合锌进行脱盐浓缩,通过对螯合锌浓缩冻干物进行成分、回收率的测定,确定了最适宜的卷式纳滤膜。试验结果表明,使用截留分子量为700 Da的卷式纳滤膜最为节能、有效,罗非鱼鳞胶原肽螯合锌经纳滤膜脱盐后,蛋白质含量从51.3%提升至81.54%,含锌量为13.31%,产品的回收率为70.51%。
Spiral nanofiltmtion membranes with different molecular weight cut off (MWCO) were applied for the desalination and concentration of collagen peptide chelated zinc from tilapia scales. The component and recovery of lyophilized collagen peptide chelated zinc were measured to determine the optimal spiral nanofiltmtion membrane. The result showed that the spiral nanofiltmtion membrane with MWCO 700 Da was the most efficient and energy saving. ARer desalination with nanofiltration membrane with MWCO 700 Da, the protein content of collagen peptide chelated zinc from tilapia scales was increased from 51.3% to 81.54%, and the zinc content was 13.31%. The recovery of product was 70.51%.
