摘要
使用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,建立虾青素包合物中Li,Be,B,Mg,Al,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Sr,Cd,Sn,Ba,Hg,Tl,Pb和Bi共24种元素的测定方法。虾青素包合物经微波消解后,以内标法改善基体效应及干扰,利用ICP-MS测定虾青素包合物中的元素。所测得的24种元素标准曲线的相关系数r>0.999 4,检出限在0.009~2.867μg·L^(-1)之间,回收率在78.3%~120.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤5.6%(n=6)。标准物质中24个元素的测定值基本都在标准值范围内。该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重复性好,可以用于虾青素包合物中多种元素的质量控制。
Establish a method for the simultaneous analysis of 24 elements, including Li, Be, B, Mg, A1, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Sr, Cd, Sn, Ba, Hg, TI, Pb and Bi in astaxanthin inclusion by microwave digestion ICP-MS. The samples via microwave digested, inlet into ICP-MS to analyze the contents of the 24 elements combined with internal standard elements reducing matrix effect. The experimental results showed that the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.999 4. The detection limits of the 24 elements were in the range of 0.009-2.867 μg·L^-l. The recovery rates were in the 78.3%-120.5% range with RSD lower than 5.6% (n=6). The analytical results of standard material showed acceptable agreement with the certified values. The contents of multi-elements in astaxanthin inclusion could be rapid analyzed by ICP-MS, which had a high sensitivity and good repeatability.
