摘要 根据甲醛气体分析仪检定装置的应用需求和研究现状,研制了一种基于静态配气法的甲醛气体分析仪检定装置,该装置所配甲醛标准气体浓度重复性和稳定性良好,不确定度<3%(k=2),可实现对甲醛、甲醇、乙醇、乙醚、苯等一系列低沸点有机气体检测仪、检漏仪或分析仪的检定,解决了一大类气体检测仪的量值传递与溯源问题。 According to the application requirements and research status, a newly formaldehyde analyzer calibration device was developed based on static distribution method, which can produce formaldehyde standard gas with accurately concentrations. It also has more advantages such as good reproducibility, strong robustness, and its uncertainty is smaller than 3% (k = 2). This device can also be used to calibrate detectors, leak detectors or analyzers of methanol, ethanol, ethyl ether, benzene and a series of low boiling point organic gas, which solve quantity transmission and traceability issues of a large class of gas anaslyzers.
