摘要
针对部分10kV线路高供低计电能计量装置的接线情况,分析异常接线对电量计量的影响.通过对三相四线电能表相量图的分析,对4种典型错误接线导致的计量偏差进行了推导,以便为电能正确计量提供更正系数,计算追补电量.
This study analyzes the abnormal effect of electrical energy metering devices in the high sup- plying and low metering 10KV line, and the pharos diagram of three phase four wiring devices, measuring deviations caused by five kinds of common wrong wiring. Right correction coefficient for electricity mete- ring is provided for the calculation of recovery charge.
