从传统学徒制和现代学徒制的区别,现代学徒制人才培养模式方面解析了现代学徒制的含义,分析了现代学徒制国内外发展现状.指出构建科学合理的高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式,应从确立适合国情的现代学徒制度,深化高职院校人才培养方案的改革,建立多元化的科学评价体系等方面入手,以促进现代学徒制顺利实现"本土化"发展.

This paper analyzes the perspectives of apprenticeship and argues for establishment of a cre- ative mode of higher vocational education with modern localized apprenticeship. The so-called modern ap- prenticeship system is expected to deepen the education reforms and devise a diversified evaluation.
