摘要
"订单式"人才培养是高职院校一种典型的人才培养模式,也是校企合作的一种重要方式。随着我国产业结构的转型升级和现代服务业的兴起,很多高职院校大量开设与现代服务业相关的专业。由于企业所需专业多但单个岗位用工数量不大,传统"订单式"培养受到限制。近几年总部经济的崛起,给高职院校订单班模式带来了新的机遇。以四川华新现代职业学院为例,分析和总结基于总部经济的高职订单培养模式的实践经验。
"Order form" talent training is a typical mode of talent training in higher vocational colleges, and it is also an important way of school enterprise cooperation. With the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure and the rise of modem service industry, many vocational colleges have opened a large number of professional related to modem service industry. Due to the large number of enterprises required, but the number of individual jobs is not large, the traditional "order style" training is limited. In recent years, the rise of headquarters economy has brought new opportunities for Higher Vocational colleges. Taking Sichuan Huaxin modem Career Academy as an example, tiffs paper analyzes and summarizes the practical experience of Higher Vocational order training model based on headquarters economy.
